Currently responsible for BMS’ US Commercial of relationships with wholesalers/ specialty distributors. Leading launch team areas for initial channel strategy development, channel stocking, DSA negotiations, and wholesaler product setups. Experience developing strategic plans and innovative solutions to meet mutual needs of both BMS and wholesalers. Proven experience successfully navigating product shortages; determining inventory market/allocation plans and customer communication. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution models and reimbursement issues related to specific product portfolios; including IRA, 340b, and customer landscape changes. Additionally responsible for all US state licensing compliance and renewal processes for BMS entities.
