Charles is a Vice President in Argus Media’s Projects Consulting practice and is based in London. With more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, he leads engagements across the energy industry, specialising in providing market studies and investment feasibility analysis for Argus clients within both the fossil and renewable supply chains. Beginning in the energy strategy practice at Accenture, Charles spent seven years managing client engagements in biofuels and bio-based specialty chemicals. Prior to joining Argus he worked for the UK Government as Head of Foresight, advising on long-term policy making in the energy, transportation and urban development sectors.
