Profile

Laurent Lambert graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Liège in 2004. He began his career as a process engineer at SNC-Lavalin.

In 2008, he joined Biowanze and played a key role in the plant's start-up as production engineer. He then moved up within the team, becoming Projects and Production Process Optimisation Manager until 2014.

His career then took on an international dimension with Tereos: he managed two starch plants in China, before being appointed Director of the Group's activities in Indonesia from 2017 to 2020.

After a sugar campaign in the north of France as Sugar Factory Director, he returned to the Group in 2021 at Ryssen Alcools.

In March 2025, Laurent Lambert was appointed Director of the Biowanze site where, with his passion for teamwork and meaningful projects, he rallies his employees around innovative challenges.

A traveller at heart, he shares this passion with his two teenage children, enriched by his international experience.
