Maud has over 14 years' experience advising clients on EU regulatory and environmental law (REACH, biocides, pesticides, food additives, WEEE, RoHS, cosmetics, medical devices, etc.), as well as worker protection, product safety and public health. She has particular expertise in the EU biocidal and agrochemical sectors as well as commodity chemicals. She has been actively involved in the establishment and running of Task Forces and Consortia related to REACH and the Biocidal Products Regulation, and provides ongoing legal support, including data sharing negotiations with third parties. Maud is also involved in product defence litigation before the European courts and the ECHA Board of Appeal.
