Romain Fromanger holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Microbiology and Enzymology. After 15 years working in various roles supporting fermentation processes, Romain Fromanger joined Leaf by Lesaffre as Technical Sales Manager Europe. Since December 2024, Fromanger manages Leaf’s global innovation portfolio to position the business unit of Lesaffre as the industrial fermentation partner of choice for a sustainable tomorrow.
