With 15 years of experience, Wesley has spent 12 years in the biofuels industry at Petrobras, a leading national O&G company, and a year at Bain & Company.

An international professional, Wesley lived in Switzerland and earned his MBA from IMD in Lausanne. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering by IFBA.
