Katy Sullivan is a Tony Award–nominated actress, Paralympian, and internationally recognized advocate for inclusion who has spent her career redefining what's possible on stage, on screen, and in sport.
She most recently earned a Tony Award nomination for her critically acclaimed performance as Ani in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Cost of Living. Her television credits include HBO Max's Emmy Award-winning Hacks, Dexter: New Blood, Station 19, NCIS: New Orleans, Last Man Standing, My Name Is Earl, and Legit. She has also been featured in the award-winning documentary Walk On.
Before becoming an acclaimed actress, Katy made history as one of the first bilateral above-the-knee amputees to compete in ambulatory track at the Paralympic Games. A four-time U.S. Champion in the 100-meter sprint, she represented Team USA at the London 2012 Paralympics, setting an American record and finishing sixth in the world.
Today, Katy inspires audiences around the globe through powerful stories of resilience, perseverance, and purpose. Drawing from her experiences in elite athletics, entertainment, and advocacy, she challenges people and organizations to embrace inclusion, redefine limitations, and create spaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
