Kelley Winfield is senior director of Market Access at pharma&. She directs business facilitation and strategic leadership for patient access and reimbursement, patient support programs, GPO contracting, payer strategy, and nursing education.

After majoring in Nursing and Biology at Texas Woman’s University, Kelley began her career as a labor and delivery nurse. From there, she cultivated over a 25+ year career with a unique blend of experience in nursing leadership, institutional sales, specialty pharmacy operations leadership, nursing education, patient access and reimbursement, patient support programs, and legal nurse consulting.
