Rhonda Hughes is an accomplished patient engagement leader who has dedicated 22+ years to serving patients which chronic diseases. She has led Patient Services Operations, process optimization, and strategies to support patient access programs and partner management programs. Fiercely committed to improving patient experiences, Rhonda led or participated in the commercial launch preparations for over 12 products across nine disease states. Rhonda is passionate about the role Patient Services plays in helping get the support they need, when it matters most. Rhonda holds a Bachelor degree in Health and Society from the University of Rochester and is certified in Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley. She is skill in Life Sciences, Strategic Planning, Process Optimization, Customer Engagement Center Operations, Project Management, REMS programs, and Leading Digital and Services transformation.
