Sean McDade, PhD has been helping companies better understand their customers for over twenty years. He is the founder and CEO of PeopleMetrics, a leading provider of strategic market research to companies such as MetLife, Agilent, Shriners Children’s and Mutual of Omaha.
Sean’s first book, Listen or Die: 40 Lessons That Turn Customer Feedback into Gold is an Amazon bestseller and focuses on best practices in measuring and creating optimal customer experiences. Sean’s second book, Pharma Customer Experience: 20 Secrets to 10x Your CX and Boost Patient Outcomes, is another Amazon best seller and focuses on CX in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sean holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing science from Temple University in Philadelphia. He has published eight articles in peer-reviewed scholarly journals and has taught over 25 marketing classes.
