Patient Engagement Lead, Rare Diseases at Sanofi

Tara is Patient Engagement Lead for rare diseases, part of Sanofi’s Patient-Informed Development team which works to integrate patients and care partners into the therapeutic development life cycle. Tara serves on the Vestibular Disorders Association Patient Registry Advisory Committee and the PALADIN Consortium. Prior to Sanofi, Tara spent many years at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. As a cancer survivor, individual living with a rare disease and former care partner to her mother who had Parkinson’s, Tara is a passionate advocate for people living with medical conditions and their loved ones. She holds a BA from Columbia University and an MA from the University of Virginia.
