As Sustainability Manager, Coffee, Asia Pacific Mr. Do Ngoc Sy is part of the JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS TEAM_Global Sustainability Team. He leads all the sustainable initiative in Asian Pacific coffee origins and in charge of operationalizing the “Responsible Sourcing Programs”. He works with all suppliers and all other stakeholders who are promoting for sustainable coffee production as well as Palm Oil, Coconut and Tea!

He has a background in agronomy. He holds a master degree in rural development from Chiang Mai University, Thailand and has over 20 years work experience in rural development and project coordination. Before join the Mondelez International and now JDE Peet’s, he is from the 4C Association - Manager Vietnam where he has worked for the last five years with an impressive track record in capacity building of verified coffee supply.
