His leadership has transformed Vinh Hiep into one of Vietnam’s leading coffee exporters, operating a fully integrated ecosystem from raw material areas to consumer brands such as L’amant Café.

Mr. Hiep’s vision goes beyond business growth — he is committed to redefining the image of Vietnamese agriculture on the global stage. His sustainable initiatives align with Vietnam’s Net Zero goals, focusing on organic farming, greenhouse gas reduction, and eco-friendly production models.
