Linas Baužys is the CEO at Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant. He manages the enterprise focusing on the activities related to safe and efficient decommissioning of the nuclear power plant and handling radioactive waste, implementing the projects of building storage facilities for the safe storage of radioactive waste. Linas works according to the motto: “When someone tells you that you can't, don't believe it. It's a reflection of their limitations, not yours.“ At the present time Linas is also the Chairman of the Board of municipal company ,,JUDU Linas has leadership experience. Prior to INPP, Linas was CEO of LTG Link (2019-2023). He managed the activities related to logistics, development of railway passenger transport facilities and infrastructure, its efficient operation and legal regulation. Before being named CEO, Linas was Deputy Director General at Director of Passenger Transportation Directorate in JSC ,,Lithuanian Railways“ (2017-2019). Linas spent 8 years with the Public Company ,,Orlen Lietuva“ as Director of Logistics (2015-2017) and as Director of Pipelines and Marine Terminal (2009-2015). Linas had 8 years of experience with JSC ,,Mazeikiu Nafta“ as Director of Primary Logistics (2008-2009) and as Manager of Petroleum Product Transportation Department (2001-2008).
