Mindaugas Navikas has been involved in oil and gas business for more than 16 years. During that time he has been leading the sales organization in the biggest energy company in the region, responsible for strategy, pricing, negotiations and sales of petroleum products to the international retail chains in Lithuania and Ukraine, as well as a member of the board of a subsidiary company that traded in Latvia and Estonia.

Mindaugas Navikas has been KN Chief Commercial Officer since 2020 and is responsible for oil and LNG business strategy, sales planning and execution, business development and attracting new customers.
