Neil has over 35 years’ experience of working in IT within the building society sector, he was Head of IT at Market Harborough Building Society for 15 years and was at the forefront of their digital applications. He started as a Systems Analyst at West Bromwich Building Society before moving on to Staffordshire Building Society and Coventry Building Society.

With a proven track record for delivering systems that benefited the business he decided to start his own IT Consultancy business in 2011. Since then he’s been working with societies in enabling IT to deliver their business goals. Projects have included developing IT Strategies, migrating services to cloud and core system migrations. He has also worked with Boards to provide assurance around their IT capabilities.
