Executive manager with 10+ years of experience in driving digital business growth, strategic renewal, and innovations through the digital transformation of a traditional retail bank in Ukraine and Belarus. Extensive expertise in delivering award-winning mobile banking apps, building cross-functional teams and generating value for customers.
Olga has held various positions in the digital field at Alfa-Bank. From 2016 she managed the mobile business and marketing in Belarus and was responsible for development and growth of the new mobile banking app – InSync.by. In 2019, she became Chief Digital Officer in Ukraine, where she initiated and executed the digital transformation of the retail business, and developed and launched the new mobile banking app Sense. In 2021, was promoted to Acting Head of Retail where she oversaw the entire retail business unit (1500+ people, 200 branches), including the IT development, product development, e-commerce, marketing, and digital sales teams.
Olga's portfolio includes a number of projects, which have received awards from reputable international publications, including Most Innovative Bank in CEE (The Banker, 2022), Best Consumer Digital Bank (Global Finance, 2021), and personal Women-in-Tech Award (Banking Technology Awards, 2022).
In addition to her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from International Christian University Vienna-Kyiv and her master's degree in Management of Corporations from European University, Olga has also graduated from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR, UK) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). In 2019, she completed the Leveraging Fintech Innovation for Grow and Compete course at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
