As Director & Regional Head for UK & EMEA, Subramanian (Subi) Kuppuswami heads Maveric’s regional growth and operations strategy. With over 28 years of global experience, Subi has extensive consultative sales, account growth, P&L, business solutions and client relationship experience in the US, UK, Europe and APAC across Banking & Financial Services, Telecom and Manufacturing domains.

Subi’s expertise lies in building client partnerships, acquiring strategic deals, and nurturing innovative revenue models. Prior to Maveric, Subi held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Tata Infotech Limited, where he managed large-scale program delivery and fostered impactful client relationships in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, and Manufacturing, and played a key role in many areas such as –
– closing multiple large, transformation deals, including Core Banking transformation and complex commercial & contractual negotiations
– in driving strategy & business solutions for the Banking & Financial Services business group mainly focusing on shaping large strategic deals
– creating the strategic blueprint for non-CIO BFSI initiatives for new revenue growth

Given this experience, Subi is rightly poised to focus on scaling existing accounts and driving new business opportunities for Maveric. Recognized as one of the “Top 25 Sustainability Leaders for 2024” by The Consulting Report, Subi has also been a speaker at prestigious forums such as COP28, UNEP FI Roundtables, and the GreenTech Forum.

A coffee connoisseur and an avid reader, he is passionate about playing and coaching cricket as well as engaging in badminton and squash.
