Dr. Fernando Nicodemos is graduated in Electrical Engineering from Centro Universitário FEI in 2002. Received his Master’s in Electronic Engineering in 2007 and Doctorate in Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering in 2013, both from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA, Brazil). Since 2000, he has improved his scientific research skills by getting involved in several cooperation projects within the industry, with expertise in high-performance and real-time embedded systems. In 2006, he founded the technology-based company NCB Sistemas Embarcados, where he is the CTO until now. His main research interests are in the area of drones, artificial intelligence and precision biological control of pests, mainly applied to agriculture 5.0.
