Important Information for Exhibitors

Space Only Booths – Individual Booth Design

If you plan a customized booth design, you require a 2-step approval: 1. DESIGN APPROVAL: Designs must be approved by February 15th by EBD Group. Please send the drawings, incl. measurements to your exhibitor contact. 2. AUSTRIAN STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: Individual booth constructions in Austria will need a safety inspection and require an independent approval by an Austrian structural engineer. Please check the document “Structures Requiring Acceptance by a Structural Engineer” which is linked here. Please contact Thomas M.I. Hanreich or Markus Müll at office@zt-menzl.at regarding necessary checks and approvals.
