- Biocant Park – Portugal’s pioneering biotechnology park, and its innovative resident companies
- University of Coimbra Innovation Units – including the Institute for Nuclear Sciences Applied to Health, the Multidisciplinary Institute of Aging, and the Gene Therapy Center of Excellence.
- Bluepharma Indústria Farmacêutica S.A.– a leading pharmaceutical group, where you will visit its advanced R&D and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
The day will conclude with a guided visit to the University of Coimbra—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—including the iconic Pátio das Escolas and the historic Joanina Library.
