Chloe Lepretre is the Global Director R&D Search and Evaluation, responsible for external innovation research activities at Servier. She joined Servier in 2018 as the Head of Research Transactions in the Global Business Development department. With a Ph.D. in biology and a Master's in Business Administration (from IAE Paris), Chloé began her career in research valorization at APHP and later at CNRS Innovation, where she managed the transfer of neuroscience and rare disease technologies to the industry.

She later joined the business development team at Onxeo, a biotechnology company specializing in oncology drug development. In this role, she significantly contributed to enhancing the project pipeline. Throughout her career, Chloe has gained extensive experience in establishing and negotiating co-innovation partnerships, scientific research collaborations, and licensing agreements.
