David brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in building healthcare businesses and investment banking. He has CEO, board and C-suite level experience in the biotechnology and healthcare technology space at varying stages of company development and consulted for many others regarding scientific, corporate finance and business development strategies and is an angel investor. He was previously a Managing Director at UBS AG investment bank in the healthcare sector, heading some of the largest healthcare equity research and strategy teams in investment banking. He has been invited to present on all aspects of the healthcare industry to government, scientific and corporate Biopharma groups. He was a founding partner of Napa Capital, a corporate finance advisory boutique, advising on financing projects in multiple industry sectors.
