Frederic Caroff is CEO at HEPHAISTOS-Pharma. He co-founded the company in 2018 and raised more than 8M€ in public and private funding for its development. Frederic is an engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris. He started his career as industrial scale-up manager. After a decade of high level management, he completed his training with an MBA at ESSEC Business School and started his first biotech company LPS-BIOSCIENCES, a contract research organization in the vaccine field. He successfully grew the company by negotiating several contracts and partnerships with big pharma companies.

HEPHAISTOS-Pharma is his second Biotech company, focusing on breakthrough therapeutic TLR4 immuno-stimulants, with the objective of curing patients with hard to treat tumors or metastatic cancers. As CEO, Frederic uses his entrepreneurial experience to negotiate partnership contracts with pharmaceutical companies.
