Graduated from a double Master’s degree in Geopolitics and Foreign Languages (English-Japanese), Jeremy HERVE spent 8 years in Japan as a Communications & Project Manager at the Tokyo office of the Invest in France Agency. He then spent 3 years in the Paris branch of Mizuho Bank as a business developer working with Japanese corporate customers. He joined the Paris-Saclay Development Authority in February 2017 as a Senior Project Manager in charge of inward investments and entrepreneurship. Since September 2020, he has been the Head of Innovation & Economic Development for Paris-Saclay Development Authority, managing a team of 4 staff in charge of supporting foreign companies looking to invest in the Paris-Saclay innovation cluster. His team is also in charge of improving the business environment for local start-ups to develop in the best possible conditions. He has been the organizer of the annual Paris-Saclay SPRING event since its first edition.
