Marco Ferroni is a biomedical engineer and CEO of MgShell, where he leads scientific, technological, and business strategy for innovative medtech solutions. With over 10 years of experience in research, product development, and startup leadership, he has authored 16 scientific publications, filed 11 patents, and raised more than €2M for deep-tech ventures. Marco also mentors emerging innovators at PoliHub and Fondazione Golinelli, drawing on his academic background as a lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at Politecnico di Milano. He is passionate about turning cutting-edge ideas into impactful technologies.
