Miki Hayano, PhD, is Senior Director of Business Development at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering molecular glue degrader (MGD) medicines. Based in Basel, Switzerland, she leads partnering efforts across Monte Rosa's pipeline and platform, helping to establish partnerships with Novartis and Roche. Prior to joining Monte Rosa in 2021, Miki held a similar role at H3 Biomedicine, establishing a research collaboration with BMS. Before moving into industry, Miki served as a management consultant at Navigant Consulting, where she advised biotech and pharmaceutical clients across a spectrum of projects spanning early portfolio to commercial life-cycle management. Miki holds a PhD from Columbia University.
