Tracy Weightman has over 20 years’ experience in venture capital, company creation and drug development. She’s spent the past 9 years of her career as an investor and is currently Associate Director at the ICG Life Science Fund, focused on creating and building life science companies addressing commercially attractive markets in areas of high unmet needs. Prior to this she was a Principal at Bridge Valley Ventures and an Associate at Epidarex. Tracy has also worked in technology transfer roles at Edinburgh BioQuarter and Cancer Research UK. In her early career she worked in R&D as Project Manager and has taken several products from preclinical to early clinical development. She holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.
