Victoria serves as a Global Head of External Innovation and In-licensing, Oncology with Menarini Stemline, a global pharma company headquartered in Florence, Italy.

Prior to joining Menarini Stemline Victoria was an investor with aMoon Fund concentrating on company formation and early-stage investments in health tech. Earlier Victoria held business development and R&D positions with multiple biotechnology companies.

Victoria is a scientist by training, earned her a PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel and completed her post-doctoral training in Northwestern University.
