CaSRevolution

Profile

We believe Alzheimer's Disease (AD) in humans is originated from the activation, in both neurons and astrocytes, of a transmembrane receptor - the Calcium Sensing Receptor (CaSR) - which starts the vicious cycle of AD negative events. CaSRevolution discovered negative allosteric modulators, or calcilytics, completely counteract CaSR activation, thereby halting AD progression.
