A visit to the Oceanário de Lisboa is a unique experience that takes you to see and feel the unforgettable magic of the underwater world.

The permanent exhibition "One Planet, One Ocean" (Aquarium) celebrates life on the Planet with a central aquarium with 5 million liters of salt water surrounded by four marine habitats representing habitats in the North Atlantic, the Antarctic*, the Temperate Pacific and the Tropical Indian Ocean, creating the illusion of being in front of a single aquarium and a single ocean. The visit takes place on two levels, the terrestrial and the underwater, crossing the temperate, tropical and cold waters of the planet's ocean.
You can also discover the “Forests Underwater”, a work by the master Takashi Amano that introduces us to tropical forests through the world's largest “nature aquarium”.
