Pre-Event Steps
Prepare your pitch
- You will be allowed to display 6 PowerPoint slides during your 6 minute pitch
- 1st slide – Title slide: your company name, your name, title and contact information
- 2nd,3rd 4th, 5th, 6th slides: content related to your pitch

COMPETITION DAY
Please read through the below information to make sure you are prepared once you arrive onsite in Barcelona
Stop at the "Speaker check-in room" on Monday, March 18th, 2024
- Please be advised that all presenters are required to check in with the A/V team in the "Speaker check-in room" on Monday, March 18th, 2024
- This is for you to ensure your presentation will display correctly on our servers.
- Please note: absolutely no changes can be made to your slides after 17:00 on Monday, March 18th, 2024
Presentation Details
- All presenters are limited to no more than 6 minutes and six slides each.
- A panel of judges will determine the winner of the competition based on the quality and effectiveness of the pitch as well as the investability of the idea.
- The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the competition at 17:00PM. Please plan to be in the room at this time and find out if you are the winner!

Where?
- The competition will take place in room 112 on Tuesday, 19 March 2024 from 15:00 - 17:00. Judges and pitching companies to meet in room 112 at 14:45
- Please arrive to the room at 14:45 and sit at the front of the room in the reserved seating section
