Dr. Sung Hyun Choi currently serves as the Director of the R&D Center at AffyXell Therapeutics Co., Ltd., where he focuses on advancing cell and gene therapy technologies to target immune diseases. Since 2020, he has been dedicated to developing next-generation therapies for overcoming immune disorders at AffyXell Therapeutics.

With a comprehensive background in both academia and industry, Dr. Choi earned his doctoral degree in Molecular Cell Biology from the School of Medicine at The Catholic University of Korea. Following this, he pursued post-doctoral research at the Department of Physiology, Pusan National University School of Medicine.

Dr. Choi then transitioned to Daewoong Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., contributing to research in DW-MSC platform technology development.His professional journey reflects a commitment to pushing the boundaries of cellular therapeutics, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation in the field.
