During registration, you may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties (i.e. partners, sponsors & exhibitors), however when downloading sponsor and showcase content, adding a sponsor session or company presentation to your agenda, attending a sponsor session or company presentation, your personal information will be shared with the relevant parties to allow them to engage with you during and after the event. Live sessions and Q&A sessions may be recorded so that attendees have the opportunity to view at a later time.

When you send a meeting request, accept or decline a request or add a session to your agenda you will have the option to disclose contact details with the other company. They may use these details for follow up and marketing purposes.
