Dawn Eriksen-Stapleton, Ph.D. is currently a Principal Scientist in Bioprocess Research and Development at Pfizer. Dr. Eriksen-Stapleton received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Goldwater and an Amgen Scholar, and doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow. As a leader in cell culture process development, her specialty and passion is in multispecifics. At Pfizer, Dr. Eriksen-Stapleton leads cell culture teams in development of early and late-stage mammalian recombinant protein projects, and enables tech transfer in support for clinical and commercial manufacturing. In addition, she leads teams for innovative technical and work processes across the organization. She has authored several high-impact publications, including patents, and her work has been presented internationally through different venues.
