Eashwar has more than a decade of progressively responsible experience in Novartis Biologics. He currently leads production and purification workpackages to enable lead candidate selection and in-vivo studies. He specializes in protein purification, with expertise in different modes of column chromatography and tangential flow filtration ranging from micro scale in HTP systems to Pilot scale batches. In this role, he also routinely engages with different sites in Europe for knowledge transfer for pipeline projects. Eashwar is passionate about supporting development of new modalities and driving innovation and technology development projects.
