Hiroki Tanemura is an upstream process development researcher at Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. in Japan. He holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in microbiology from the University of Tokyo. He has over 10 years of experience in upstream process development, late-stage process characterization, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites, including global CDMOs. He obtained his Ph.D. from Kyoto Sangyo University for his work on genetic promoter development related to ER stress in antibody production. Currently, he is focused on lab IoT and the implementation of data analysis techniques for cell culture.
