Jesse Richter started his career in process development for vaccines, later moving into mAbs. His career path has gradually followed the CMC lifecycle of large molecules from clinical development through launch and commercial operations. Technology Transfer (TT) has been a common thread through the majority of his career. He has driven standardization efforts and implemented global best practices at J&J, Merck and CSL Behring. He is currently the Head of Tech Transfer and Validation in Global Tech Ops at AstraZeneca.
