With nearly 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, Swapnil has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the industry. He has led transformative initiatives, optimized quality systems, and built high-performing teams that enable the seamless transition of novel therapies from development to commercialization.

Prior to joining Entos Pharmaceuticals, Swapnil held leadership roles in leading biotech and pharmaceutical organizations in India, where he contributed to the development and commercialization of more than 10 biologics.
