Please read the information below to prepare for this year's BioProcess International Europe Conference & Exhibition, delivered in a 100% virtual format on 13-17 July 2020.

Log in Details to BPI Europe Virtual Platform
The virtual platform is now open.  Log in details have been emailed to all registered attendees on 10 July (subject line 'Log in Details for BPI Europe 2020 Virtual').  Registered attendees may log in at https://bpieurope2020.eventfinity.co/login using your email address as your username and password BPIEurope2020 (case sensitive, change password on 1st login).

 The platform will be open throughout the week of the event and remain open for an additional 30 days post-event.

Scientific Agenda
The scientific presentations will be available for attendee access starting on Monday 13 July and will be broadcasted live during scheduled times as noted in our virtual event guide here https://informa.turtl.co/story/bpi-europe-event-guide/

Live speaker Q&A sessions will be conducted after each session. All agenda times are noted in Central European Summer Time (CEST).

Throughout the event, there will be up to 7 concurrent presentations being broadcasted simultaneously. You may attend any of our 115+ presentations across all 7 tracks, and participate in any of the scheduled live speaker Q&As.

After each day concludes, all presentations from that day will be placed in our 'On-Demand' library you to view at your convenience anytime up to 30 days post-event.

If you registered for the free 'Virtual Exhibition Visitor Pass' then you will only have access to the technology showcase presentations from our sponsors, which will be available for you to view on demand the day after the presentation is broadcasted.

Exhibition Hall
The virtual exhibition is now open and registered attendees may log in now and learn about today's leading bioprocessing products and services from 50+ global solution providers.

During the week of the event, each virtual exhibit booth will have live product experts on hand for you to video chat with to discuss your needs, ask questions, and share contact details for follow up conversations.


Attendee Numbers

BPI Europe virtual has 1000+ registered attendees from 40+ unique countries.  All of these attendees will be visible and accessible in the virtual platform.  See 'Networking & Partnering' for further details.


Networking & Partnering

The virtual platform allows you to view the full attendee list and invite any fellow attendee to chat in your personal video meeting room.  When you invite an attendee to a meeting, the recipient will instantly receive an email notification with your name, company, and email signifying that you would like to meet with them.  If they miss your invite, they will your email address to follow up and schedule a time to meet.

Our networking platform offers video, voice and text chat functionalities with any attendee in the platform.  You may also share your screen (slide decks, video, etc) during meetings.  These networking opportunities will remain available throughout the event + an additional 30 days post event.

Virtual exhibition visitors will not have access to the above networking features, nor will you have access to view the full attendee list.  However, you will be visible to our Exhibitors, Speakers and All Access Pass attendees in the directory and may still receive & join meeting requests. You may also video chat the technical experts at any of our 50+ solution providers in the virtual exhibition.


Scientific Poster Hall
Our platform features 20+ peer submitted scientific posters which are now available to view You will be able to view the actual PDF of the poster and can follow up directly with any poster presenter within our virtual platform. Posters will also be available to view on-demand for 30 days after the virtual event concludes.

Informa Connect, the organiser of BPI Europe, is devoted to leaving a positive impact in the local cities where we host our events. Although we are now a 100% virtual event, our team has several ongoing sustainability initiatives devoted to supporting the growth of local charities and culture of Amsterdam, where BPI Europe 2020 was originally due to be held.
