Any BPI Europe 2024 conference pass attendee is eligible to submit a poster for display onsite in the exhibit hall throughout the event (company limitations apply, see below). Your poster will also be displayed as a PDF in the ConnectMe app for all attendees to view. If you would like to submit a poster, be sure to register for the 'All Access Pass' and select the 'Poster Presentation' add on during registration. You must register for your conference pass and poster presentation by 8th March 2024.

How to Present a Scientific Poster at BioProcess International Europe 2024
Step 1: Register for an All Access Main Conference Pass and select the poster add on option
Sponsors, please contact our team at lsposters@informa.com if you are interested in presenting a poster.
Step 2: Our team will send you a link to submit your poster abstract, which must be submitted by March 8, 2024
Step 3: Submit the PDF of your poster by March 22, 2024
Poster Limitations
Event Partners, Platinum & Gold Sponsors: Up to 2 posters per company
All other sponsors: 1 poster per company
Supplier/Vendor Organizations - 1 poster per company
Pharma/Biotech Organizations with Therapies in Pipeline - no limit to poster submissions
