I completed my undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I then went on to obtain a distinction in my Masters in Biophysics and Molecular Life Sciences at the University of Bristol. I returned to the University of Cambridge for my PhD, where I studied novel magnetic particles for biological applications. In 2022, I joined the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Sheffield as a Research Associate in RNA analytics, alongside Prof. Mark Dickman and Dr. Zoltán Kis. Our research program is focused on the development of mRNA manufacturing platforms for vaccines and therapeutics. In particular, I have gained expertise in the development and optimisation of HPLC and LC-MS analytical methods for the characterisation of mRNA drug products.
