Joseph ZeguerSenior Scientist - Synthetic and Mammalian Upstream at CPISpeaker
Profile
Jo is a Senior Scientist in the Synthetic and Mammalian Upstream team at CPI. Project work is primarily focused on the design, development and implementation of upstream processes for biotherapeutic products, ranging from viral vectors to monoclonal antibodies and nucleic acids. These projects encompass high-throughput process development, design of experiment approaches to facilitate process optimisation and process demonstrations at up to 200L scale. Most recently, Jo undertook a project to develop and validate the upstream aspect of an end-to-end continuous bioprocess for mAb manufacture, successfully incorporating novel PAT, advanced process control and automation to control critical process parameters.
