Ms. Molder has more than 10 years of experience in bioprocessing, CHO cell culture media platforms, and GMP manufacturing, focused on therapeutic protein production and CGT applications. Her expertise includes media optimization, process scale-up, and supporting biologics development and product launches, alongside translating complex R&D capabilities into commercial value. Her current interests include next-generation cell culture platforms, digital and data-driven process development, and accelerating the translation of innovation into manufacturing.
