Michael Andesner

Staff Scientist, Field Applications, Purification at Thermo Fisher

Michael graduated in Biotechnology from University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU). He acquired experience in the field of down stream processing and protein purification when he held various roles in process development departments in the biopharmaceutical industry for 19 years. In this time, he applied various purification techniques to solve major separation issues for biomolecules.

Michael joined the BioProduction Group in Thermo Fisher Scientific as Staff Scientist Field Applications in 2020. Since then he has been supporting downstream process development and protein purification in EMEA central, Israel and South Africa.
