Richard has been in the biotechnology equipment industry for 10 years with experience of managing product portfolios across fluid handling, filtration, instrumentation and most recently, the services space. He is currently the global product manager for Cytiva’s Fast Trak™ Process Development and Validation Services business. As a contributor to BioPhorum’s Drug Substance phorum, he co-authored a white paper detailing an approach to assess the value of filter integrity testing in drug substance facilities, in consideration of the Annex 1 update implemented in 2023.
