Plan Your Trip
Plan your journey to BUILDEX Alberta ahead of time, regardless of distance. The BMO Centre at Stampede Park offers convenient access via car, light-rail, and bus transportation options. Early travel arrangements ensure a smooth arrival experience.
What to Wear
Business casual attire, similar to your typical workday, is standard at BUILDEX Alberta. Wear comfortable shoes for extensive walking throughout the venue, and bring a coat for Alberta's variable weather. A convenient coat/bag check service is available near the registration desk to enhance your experience.
What to Bring
Registration: Begin your first day of BUILDEX at the registration desk to collect your badge. IMPORTANT: Your badge is required for all event activities, so make sure to wear it and keep it safe! Note: Replacement badges incur a fee, so keep yours secure.
Sustainability: Bring a reusable water bottle to utilize our refill stations, supporting our commitment to reducing single-use plastics.
Networking: Pack business cards and company materials to facilitate connections with the numerous industry professionals you'll meet throughout the event.
How to Get to the Show
BUILDEX Alberta will take place at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park, located at 20 Roundup Way SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2W1.
Public transit: Several modes of public transportation can be used to reach the BMO Centre at Stampede Park
- C-Train (Light Rail): The BMO Centre is conveniently located adjacent to the Victoria Park / Stampede C-Train Station, both the Red and Blue lines of the C-Train service this station.
- Bus Routes: Several bus routes connect to Stampede Park. To find the best bus route from your location, use the Calgary Transit website or app and search for destinations within the Stampede Park area.

Reading the Agenda
Sorting sessions: You can filter by industry, conference stream, building type, partner-delivered sessions, or by typing in the search bar at the top of the screen. Once we launch the show app, you can build a custom schedule with your selected sessions.
CE credits: Once confirmed, the continuing education credits associated with each session will be listed in the agenda.
