Cancellation Policy
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN). Informa Canada Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.
Trade Show only passes are non-refundable.
If you cancel your All Access or Seminar pass before October 6, 2023 at 11:59 pm MT, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $30 processing fee.
No refunds will be given after October 6, 2023 at 11:59PM EST or for on-site ticket purchases.
Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to informa@microspec.com
Substitutions will not be permitted. Delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any person during BUILDEX Alberta. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way.
In the event BUILDEX Alberta is unable to run as a face-to-face event, select seminars will be produced as online webinars and no refund will be provided. For any cancelled seminars, a credit will be provided.
Please note that the conference program is subject to change including programming cancellations and scheduling. BUILDEX is not responsible and refunds will not be provided under these circumstances. Please check the website for the most up-to-date scheduling.
Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.

Transit
By public transit: From within Calgary, the CTCC is easily reached by both of the city’s Light Rail Transit lines and several major bus routes. Refer to Calgary Transit for specific routes.
Train: frequent service is available by C Train. Disembark at Centre Street Station for venue access. Service is free within the TD Free Fare Zone along 7th Avenue SW.
Bus: there are multiple bus stops near the venue. Visit the Calgary Transit website to plan your trip.
By walking: The venue is accessible via the Plus 15 network attached to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, including the Palliser/Tower, Hyatt Regency Calgary and Arts Commons networks.
Parking
Standard size vehicles - Paid parking is available at the Calgary Parking Authority LOT 60 located underground the North Building.
The Parkade Entrance is at 727 1 Street SE (Southbound Macleod Trail).
