| Jarret Young is the Operations Manager at ONE Properties, a well-known property developer and manager in the Edmonton, Calgary, and Greater Toronto Area. His career spans 15 years where he has filled several roles within operations departments over the years working primarily in commercial office towers with expansion into industrial and multi-family operations. Jarret manages the day-to-day operations of facilities under management in the Edmonton’s ICE District where he had the opportunity to be involved from the ground up of several prestigious buildings such as Edmonton Tower, Stantec Tower, and the ICE District Public Realm. Jarret has also had the opportunity to collaborate on several industry leading mixed-use, high-rise muti-family projects in the Edmonton and Calgary region ranging from 350 to 650 residential units under management with a primary focus on building start-up, commissioning, and warranty management. Jarret continues to streamline operations across the facilities managed by ONE Properties and works closely with colleagues and clients to develop and implement sustainable initiatives including EV charging stations, Decarbonization planning, Net-Zero studies, Energy Performance Retrofits, Climate and Physical Risk Assessments, and many others that continue to elevate the performance of sites under management. |
