| Lisa serves as a Project Director at the Calgary branch of Ledcor Construction, and part of the YYC Lean Community of Practice core group. Her industry expertise encompasses Sustainability, Continuous Improvement, Lean methodologies, Inclusion & Diversity, and Mental Health & Wellness within the construction sector. Lisa's varied professional background, which includes roles with both owners and contractors, equips her with a broad perspective to tackle these key areas of construction. She holds a P.GSC, a CM-Lean designation, being a co-lead of the lean community of practice within Ledcor and currently working on her LSSGB certification, and is a LEED Green Associate, credentials that further her ability to navigate industry challenges and transformations. |
